Dampen it with distilled water, then squeeze out any excess water.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e2. **Application Process:** \u003cbr\u003e - Apply medium to a damp sponge or apply directly to the kit with a brush.\u003cbr\u003e - Gently pounce the sponge over the desired area on your doll’s surface. \u003cbr\u003e - For best results, apply a small amount at a time, ensuring the texture is visible before allowing to drying.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3. **Layering for Effect:** \u003cbr\u003e - 3D Dewy Skin is buildable; apply in layers to achieve your desired look. \u003cbr\u003e - Allow each layer to dry for **20-30 minutes** before applying the next layer, to help prevent a sticky finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e**Adjusting the Sheen:**\u003cbr\u003e- **Reducing Shine:** If the dewy effect is too strong, mix a few drops of Matte Concentrate with 3D Dewy Skin and pounce lightly over the kits.
