Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of payment being received. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. Standard Australia Post rates apply.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes vary by location — please refer to the Australia Post delivery times for an estimate to your area.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International orders are sent via Australia Post International. Rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination country.
Please note that international customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.
